ДИНАМІКА НАГОЛОСІВ У КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНИХ ПОЛОЖЕННЯХ ПРО МІГРАЦІЙНІ ПРОЦЕСИ

Анотація

Стаття розглядає міграцію у її багатоаспектних проявах та з урахуванням сучасних процесів. Наводиться аналіз вітчизняних концепцій, що розглядають міграцію, з метою встановлення різних аспектів феномену та виділення спільних рис, на базі яких можна робити висновки. Розглядаються такі проблеми як адаптація та асиміляція мігрантів у контексті різниці моральних, культурних, правових парадигм. Ставиться запитання щодо розділення суспільства на своїх та «чужих» та неготовності підготовлених та існуючих процесів до реалій сучасності.

Статья рассматривает миграцию в её многоаспектных проявлениях и с учётом современных процессов. Приводиться анализ отечественных концепций, которые рассматривают миграцию, с целью установления разных аспектов феномена и выделения общих черт, на базе которых можно делать выводы. Рассматриваются такие вопросы как адаптация и ассимиляция мигрантов в контексте разницы моральных, культурных, правовых парадигм. Ставится вопрос касательно разделения общества на свих и «чужих» и неготовности подготовленных и существующих процессов к реалиям современности.

The article researches migration in its multi-aspect manifests and with the consideration of modern processes. The circumstances of nowadays life show that the approach that was taken to look at migration is not relevant anymore and needs adaptation. It also gives an analysis of national concepts that consider migration in order to identify different aspects of the phenomenon and singling out the common features that could be used as a basis for some conclusions. A big variety of local studies was researched and analyzed in order to see how the previous generation looked at migration. Such questions as adaptation and assimilation of migrants are also considered in the context of differences in moral, cultural, legal paradigms. Some examples of current situation with migrants that is aggravated by the influx to European countries in 2015 and 2016 show that the host communities are not willing to be help and adapt the migrants but a rather inclined to ban them from the territory.

The article asks the question of schism in the society and the ideas of “us and them” and failure of the prepared and existing process and procedures to the realities of nowadays. Today, migration influences on set, formed societies and creates many questions, which cannot be answered without a detailed analysis. In the modern circumstances migration streams change the society in all its aspects creating new paradigm of development. There is currently a discussion about the new globalized and cosmopolitan society where national limits are either blurred or are adapted in a way to answer the new challenges created by the consequences of massive migration, demographic boom in countries of South Africa and Middle East. There is barely a country on the world map that was not affected by the mass migration processes either in the role of country of origin or a country of arrival or a country with a demographic crisis. As the migration gets specific scale, types and aspects in the new globalized society it has to be studied namely in these multi-aspect representations, which in their turn should be researched first of all by philosophic anthropology and that is planned for the future study.
