THE BASIC DETERMINANTS OF HUMAN CAPITAL ASSETS DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF FORMING THE ECONOMICS OF INNOVATIVE TYPE

Abstract


In the article peculiarities of human  capital formation in terms of the  implementation of innovative processes and the impact of economic and social  factors in the formation of human capital inUkraineare analyzed. This logic to study  the problem is related to the fact that the XXI century under the impact of science and  technology information revolution creates a new model of economic development. It  causes the reduction of the role of material and resource components of social  production and enhances the role of human capital. Knowledge, information,  productive ability, talent become an independent factor of modern production,  ensuring quality of labor, which should correspond to the level of development of nanotechnology and information technology. The competitiveness of the national  economy is ensured by the innovative development factors, raising the technological  level of capital, improve education  and professional standards. Only those  economical systems that are able to implement its strategy resource potential (the  human factor) effectively gain advantage in the geopolitical space. Now the quality of  education, self-education, the possibility of implementation of knowledge and  competencedegree of innovation activity in the country are taking the priority.
