THE ACTUALIZATION OF K.D.USHYNSKY’S IDEAS IN MODERN HIGHER PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract


The article shows the actualization of ideas of an outstanding teacher-scientist, one of the founders of the national system of pedagogical education K.D.Ushynsky about the role and the importance of independent work in the process of psycho-pedagogical training of future teachers. The system of tasks for independent work in higher educational institutions has the purpose to form students’ experience of the creative and researching activity in the process of solving new pedagogical problems and the experience of the social estimate activity that forms the basis of pedagogical skills. The ways of the formation of pedagogical thinking and outlook of University students, the creation of conditions for the development of their autonomy through the learning of the experience of K. Ushynsky’s comparative-pedagogical generalization are determined. K.D.Ushinsky’s recommendations on ensuring the integrity of the pedagogical knowledge, that form the pedagogical outlook through studying literature, stimulating mental activity and the development of teachers’ professionalism, the promotion of the awareness of the dialectical relation of scientific theory and the practice of the educational process are determined. The way of how K.Ushynsky’s ideas can be implemented in modern higher pedagogical education of Ukraine is shown.
