PSYHOLOGICAL PROVIDING OF MODERNIZATION OF PROCESSES OF MANAGEMENT METALLURGICAL PRODUCTIONS
The analytical model of organization of works is developed on ergonomic modernization of the man-machine systems. Searching and having a special purpose researches are modelled on different design and exploitation of the man-machine system times, since the preliminary planning completing exploitation of the system. Theoretical, system-analytical and experimental methods are used.
The results of ergonometric modernization of processes of management of metallurgical operations are discussed in two countries in new (market) economic terms. Factors which stipulate tension in operators activity of rollings mills are exposed. Formulated to recommendation on modernization of existent technologies and organization of labour.
Keywords: man-machine systems, metallurgical production, modernization, management, ergonomics.
