It has been proved in the study that social pedagogy approach to solving the problem of social groups’ sustainable development involve designing and implementation the integrated system of social pedagogical activities to encourage different social groups to sustainable development, where the leading subject is social pedagogue. It has been shown that social pedagogical activities in this area is a complex multi-level system that provides holistic resonant impact on axiological, cognitive, volitional spheres of various social groups’ representatives with a view to develop their subjectivity as well as promotes them both to individual and joint creative and value-oriented activity for improving social life. Such activity is being implemented at different levels, namely: the level of implementation of state social policy; establishing social partnership, joint activities of different social subjects to encourage social groups to sustainable development; social and educational activity of social pedagogue; introduction of different social groups’ representatives with specific developmental techniques, methods of self-organization, the development of subjectivity, achieving life goals, etc. and suggests synergistic focus of all kinds of social pedagogical activities (socio-educational, informational, advertising, preventive, correctional and rehabilitative) on encouraging social groups to progressive sustainable development, forming personality as the subject and responsible creator of his own and social life. It has been substantiated in the study that the technology of encouraging social groups to sustainable development (which provides organization and management this process as well as interaction and communication of their representatives) ensures their gradual moving to the level of self-organization and self-management.
