ORGANIZATION OF PEDAGOGICAL COMMUNICATION WITH FOREIGN STUDENTS

Abstract


The experience in organization of pedagogical communication with foreign students in Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University is considered in the article. Pedagogical conditions that promotes fruitful interaction between teacher and foreign students in the process of pedagogical communication in terms of Ukrainian universities are analyzed. It is noted, that intercultural communication of foreign students inextricably linked to their adaptation. Stages of adaptation and indication are allocated, that the conditions of successful communication depends on the proper of construction of the educational process, the fastest educational, social and psychological and other types of adaptation. Educational materials that contribute to successful adaptation development of knowledge, skills, intercultural skills of foreign students, along with methodic recommendations for teachers of technical disciplines aimed at mastering their technology of pedagogical intercourse are described. Conclusion about pedagogical communication in a foreign audience formed on the basis of possession by teacher of special technology of communication is made and depends on its educational excellence and aimed on education, training and development of foreign student.
