FORMATION OF RHETORICAL CULTURE OF THE TEACHER OF HIGH SCHOOL
The article deals with the one of the most important components of professional competence of the teacher of high school that is rhetorical. Rhetorical culture is seen as a complex personal education, which involves mastery of language and speech aimed at high quality implementation of pedagogical communication tasks. It is proved that the figures of rhetorical culture are knowledge of the language system and possession of an arsenal of verbal and non-verbal means, the ability to transform pedagogical communication in a rhetorical event which is based on the dialogue. The rhetorical culture should pay a high school teacher to consciously positive attitude to expand language practice and to the conscious creative-speech activity. The author sees some ways of formation of the teacher of rhetorical culture in the development of a theoretical model of rhetorical culture and the implementation of substantive, procedural and reflexive components of this model in the development of the course "Fundamentals of rhetorical culture of the teacher."
