I successfully downloaded and installed the platform from the official Exness website https://exbroker.in/exness-mt4/ but I can't seem to log in. I've double-checked my account number and password multiple times, and I'm sure I'm entering them correctly. I’ve also selected the right Exness server from the dropdown menu. I keep getting an error message that says "Invalid Account" or "No Connection." I have a stable internet connection, and I've tried disabling my firewall just in case it was interfering, but no luck. I’m based in India, and I’m wondering if there might be some specific settings or ports that need to be open for MT4 to connect properly.I’ve also read that new users sometimes need to complete additional verification steps before they can start trading. Could this be the reason why I can’t log in? I’ve contacted Exness support, but I thought I’d check here to see if anyone else has experienced similar issues.
