СУЧАСНА БЕЗПЕКОВА ПОЛІТИКА ПОЛЬЩІ В ЄВРОПІ: КЛЮЧОВІ НАПРЯМКИ ТА ЗАВДАННЯ
Анотація
У статті детально розглядаються зміни, які відбулися в безпековій політиці Польщі наприкінці ХХ та у ХХІ ст. Шляхом аналізу окремих державних документів щодо стратегічного планування в галузі безпеки, автор визначає основні напрямки її розвитку та констатує поступове зближення національних безпекових інтересів із загальноєвропейськими. Стаття також пропонує досліджувати процес формування політики безпеки країни не лише під впливом зовнішніх загроз, а й з урахуванням внутрішніх факторів.

В статье детально рассматриваются изменения, которые произошли в политике безопасности Польши в конце ХХ и в ХХІ в. С помощью анализа отдельных государственных документов по стратегическому планированию в сфере безопасности, автор определяет основные направления ее развития и констатирует постепенное сближение национальных интересов с общеевропейскими. Статья также предлагает исследовать процесс формирования политики безопасности страны не только под воздействием внешних угроз, но и с учетов внутренних фактов.

This article is an attempt to provide a detailed assessment of changes, that have happened in the security policy of Poland at the end of the XX and in the XXI centuries. During this time Poland faced a necessity quickly to adjust to the new security environment in the region, choosing future strategic partners and allies. In such a way, the polish high-ranking politicians were pushed for the identification of their security and defense priorities at the countrywide level. By means of analysis of the selected state documents on the issue of strategic planning in the security realm, the author defines the main directions of its development and acknowledges the gradual convergence of national security interests with all-European ones. The article also proposes to study the process of security policy elaboration in Poland not only under the influence of external threats, but also considering the internal factors. In particular the emphasis is laid on the current political situation in Poland and the forces in power, which are trying to modify its security concept. This goes to show that the security policy is a multidimensional notion and should be a subject of comprehensive research.
