ДОБІР КОМПЛЕКСУ ПЕДАГОГІЧНИХ УМОВ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ
Анотація
На основі аналізу наукових досліджень виокремлено ряд педагогічних умов, що можуть сприяти формуванню й розвитку економічної компетентності майбутніх учителів технологій у процесі фахової підготовки. Сформована множина актуальних та доцільних педагогічних умов потребує визначення домінантних з них. Для забезпечення об’єктивності методом ранжування (експертного оцінювання) виявлені найбільш дієві з них. Ранжування проводилося експертною групою з числа викладачів, які викладають економічні навчальні дисципліни у закладах вищої педагогічної освіти, залучених до педагогічного експерименту. Для виявлення ступеня узгодженості думок експертів застосований коефіцієнт конкордації. Для підтвердження невипадковості отриманого результату застосований критерій узгодженості Пірсона . До дієвих педагогічних умов віднесено: посилення мотивації студентів до формування й розвитку економічної компетентності; застосування інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у процесі формування економічної компетентності майбутніх учителів технологій; удосконалення змісту економічної підготовки студентів; запровадження завдань економічного змісту на технологічну і педагогічну практики. Проведеними розрахунками підтверджена об’єктивність отриманих результатів. Сформований комплекс педагогічних умов визнаний таким, що може бути покладений в основу педагогічного експерименту з формування економічної компетентності майбутніх учителів технологій.
