ІНТЕРАКТИВНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У ПІДГОТОВЦІ МАГІСТРІВ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНИХ ТА МЕДИЧНИХ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТЕЙ

Анотація

У статті висвітлено теоретичні аспекти та практичний досвід  використання інтерактивних технологій при підготовці магістрів фармацевтичних та медичних спеціальностей. Наголошено на доцільності використання інтерактивних технологій для становлення та розвитку особистості майбутнього фахівця охорони здоров’я. Висвітлено формування ключових педагогічних, психологічних, комунікативних та інших компетентностей магістрів фармацевтичних та медичних спеціальностей на прикладі педагогічних дисциплін.

В статье освещены теоретические аспекты  и практический опыт использования интерактивных технологий при подготовке магистров фармацевтических и медицинских специальностей. Отмечено целесообразность использования интерактивных технологий для становления и развития личности будущего специалиста здравоохранения. Рассмотрена возможность формирования ключевых педагогических, психологических, коммуникативных и других компетентностей магистров фармацевтических и медицинских специальностей на примере педагогических дисциплин.

Integration of medical and pharmaceutical education into the world educational and scientific space, modern tendencies of the society development have significantly increased the requirements for the level of training of future specialists in the pharmaceutical and medical fields in higher education institutions.

 The specificity of the activities of health care professionals suggests that they have key competencies for the successful professional activity. The high-quality professional training of health care professionals necessitates updating and implementing innovative technologies, forms and methods of teaching in the educational process of higher education institutions.

The article deals with theoretic and practical aspects of using the interactive technologies upon training of masters of pharmaceutical and medical specialties in universities and colleges. Findings of the analysis of the current condition of professional training for future specialists in the pharmaceutical and medical areas indicate that the specialists possess knowledge and skills, but they are not prepared enough for practical activities, they are not experienced in establishing business relations with visitors of pharmacy institutions and are not always able to ensure the high quality performance of their professional duties.

The emphasis is given to expediency of using the interactive technologies with an aim to activate the mental activity, form the professional, pedagogical, psychological, communicative competence, the qualities vital for occupation, the abilities and skills that are necessary for formation and development of the future health specialist's personality.

Introduction of interactive technologies while mastering the pedagogical disciplines will provide the future specialists with communicative and professional competence at the labour market, form their ability to act independently and efficiently in a variety of social, organizational and informational conditions, help to create comfortable, trusting and positive relationships with patients.
