МУЗИЧНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНА ОСВІТА В ПРОВІНЦІЇ ЧЖЕЦЗЯН

Анотація


Розкрито досвід організації музично-педагогічної освіти трьох найбільш потужних закладів вищої освіти провінції Чжецзян у Китайській Народній Республіці: Чжецзянскої музичної консерваторії, Чзецзянського нормального (педагогічного) університету та Ханчжоуського нормального (педагогічного) університету. З’ясовано, що всі три виші мають у своїй структурі окремі підрозділи, чия діяльність сконцентрована на реалізації мистецької та мистецько-педагогічної освіти: коледжі та школи мистецтв, зокрема, школи музики. Виявлено, що всі перелічені університети та мистецькі школи у своїй структурі мають найновіше матеріально-технічне забезпечення, достатню кількість приміщень для мистецько-педагогічного процесу, творчості та презентації її результатів. Аналіз освітньої програми за спеціальністю Музикознавство (викладання) бакалаврського рівня вищої освіти Школи музики Ханчжоуського педагогічного університету дав підстави для висновку про увагу її розробників до деталізації цілей і результатів навчання за освітніми програмами музично-педагогічного спрямування. Конкретні вимоги до випускника (результати навчання в українській педагогічній термінології) об’єднані в 4 групи: 1) дієва мораль вчителя; 2) вміння навчати; 3) вміння виховувати; 4) розвиток та інновації. Програма наводить до певної міри розгорнуту характеристику кожної групи і конкретизує її. Привертає увагу урізноманітнення переліку навчальних дисциплін, особливо дисциплін вільного вибору здобувачів освіти, не тільки активне застосування сучасної цифрової техніки в освітньому процесі, але й навчання майбутніх музикантів-педагогів впевнено користуватися такими технічними можливостями у своїй творчій і педагогічній діяльності. Для китайських педагогів має стати корисним досвід українських колег з організації різноманітних видів практик у процесі реалізації освітніх програм музичнопедагогічного спрямування, розробки освітніх програм та їх науково-методичного супроводу.
